Getting Started
Select a folder containing subfolders of video files. Each subfolder becomes a TV channel with its own playlist.
Supported Formats
MP4, WebM, MKV, and MOV files are supported. Browser codec support may vary.
Multi-Screen Sync
Enter the same sync phrase on multiple devices with identical folder structures to synchronize playback across screens.
Playback Issues
If video won't play, try a different browser (Chrome recommended) or check that files aren't corrupted. Some codecs like HEVC may not be supported.
Permission Errors
Browser may need to re-request folder access after restart. Click the Play icon to restore access.
Reset Data
To clear all saved data, open browser console (F12) and run: indexedDB.deleteDatabase('CableSimDB_v4')
